Bio:

Worked in education for 34 years before gaining a position at Prifysgol Bangor University. Proud father of Gwenllian. Lost my mother to MND in 2024.

Sporting or Endurance Achievements and Notable Charitable Events:

Recently climbed all 100 highest peaks in Wales in 12 months. Completed two half marathons - Conwy & Chester. Completed two long distance trails - Offa's Dyke & Glyndwr Way. Played football for a number of years before becoming a referee. Officiated at Welsh Cup Final. Completed Welsh 3 peak challenge raising funds for Cancer Research UK
